INVINCIBLE is now available for pre-order from Shayne Leighton and Spectra Music Group

It's finally here! Seems like we've been waiting ages for new music from the paranormal powerhouse, Shayne Leighton. We fell in love with the rockstar redhead after seeing her smash feature film, The Incubus, and reading her stellar vampire tale, Of Light and Darkness.

But on August 12th, a new storm begins to brew, as Shayne launches her music career with her debut single with Spectra Music Group, #INVINCIBLE, a reboot of Pat Benatar's hit single. And we have a lot more in the works...

The launch of this first single will also coincide with Shayne's other music project, #REMEMBER, which is an effort to unite against bullying as she teams up with artists seen on THE VOICE as well as superstar actor from THE BLIND SIDE, Quinton Aaron.

It's time to be #INVINCIBLE and #REMEMBER to stand up against bullying!

#INVINCIBLE will be released from Spectra Music Group on August 12th, but is available for pre-order NOW here and everywhere digital music is sold.

#REMEMBER will be released October 7th.

Hey guys!

Working hard on everything! Quick update on a few things...

Going back into the studio THIS MONTH to finish out production on my debut EP with Spectra Music Group, which will be released early 2015.
I am so excited to be working with such a talented group of people.

Working on an awesome anti-bullying project with Kris Thomas, Wendy Moten, Karina Iglesias, the Stax Academy and others!! It's a project from the heart and we are doing it out of love! You guys can look for the #REMEMBERPROJECT in fall 2014.

The Of Light and Darkness Series is doing SUPER well, and I am so happy to report that I will be beginning my high school tour in fall 2014, doing book signings everywhere! If you are a student at a high school and would love an author visit from me, send me an email! shaynemachova@gmail.com

Book 3 in the OLAD series is going to be released THIS SUMMER 2014!!! It's my favorite book so far!

The Anatomy of Vampires, a companion novella to the OLAD series is going to be released soon, as well.

What am I doing right now?! Well, I am rehearsing (more than you know). I'm writing (books and music) - even working on a NEW idea for a series. ;) And even balancing some film projects.

A few of you guys have asked for signed posters and books. I will be getting to the post office soon!

Ready to Rock and Roll

Hey guys,

So I am finally back from being two months abroad in the Czech Republic. Franky and I had a blast doing some location scouting for Of Light and Darkness, finishing up the first draft of book 3 in the novel series, spending time with friends and family, and working on some top secret things for my music EP.

We explored ancient castle ruins, walked the cobble-stone streets of Stramberk, and picked up a lot of fantastic inspiration.

And now that I'm home, there is SO MUCH TO DO!!! And so much to tell you all!

Firstly, I want to thank the awesomely talented editors at Decadent Publishing for working so hard to make Of Light and Darkness #2 soooo perfect! The Vampire's Daughter (in case you haven't already heard the news) is being released July 2nd everywhere books are sold online!

And I have already started by book tour (both live and blog). The only places you can keep up with the latest news and ALL of my stops on my book tour for The Vampire's Reflection, are my fanpages on facebook (both mine and OLAD) and my twitter. Follow me @shayneleighton! I keep all of those spaces online updated regularly. So far, here is a list of my LIVE tour stops...

Secondly, I was so excited to announce last month that I have officially been signed to the major, indie label, Spectra Records! Spectra is also the official participating label for the UK's most rockin reality show, Live & Unsigned! Pretty huge and I'm pretty excited!

More details on my EP are to follow, and I definitely plan on recording some more cover songs since I recently gained so many awesome listeners on SoundCloud.com! Thank you guys for your support!


And lastly, I wanted to mention that the fantasy film, Legend of the Red Reaper that I played in alongside Tara Cardinal is FINALLY being debuted! And what's more? Is that Uwe Boll and his awesome team are taking it to the Cannes Film Festival in France! Pretty epic! I can't wait for you all to see it!
